Here is a description of the process. After you place your order, you will receive series of emails. First email will have your website login credentials. Second email will acknowledge that your order was placed. After you made payment, a third email will be payment receipt of payment. Once merchant release payment to us, you will receive the email with your account login information and everything else you will need. What are the minimum internet requirements for a good streaming experience?

For smooth, high-quality streaming, we recommend the following internet speeds:

  • SD quality: At least 15 Mbps

  • HD quality: 25– 50 Mbps

  • Full HD / 1080p: 60–75 Mbps

  • 4K / UHD: 80+ Mbps

Keep in mind that these speeds apply per device. If multiple people are streaming, gaming, or using the internet at the same time, you may need a faster plan to maintain consistent performance.

Can I cancel and get a refund?

Thank you for your understanding. Please note that all sales are final and non-refundable. This policy is clearly presented and must be accepted by all customers prior to completing checkout.

Once a service account is created, credits are applied immediately and cannot be reversed. If you are new to our service, we highly recommend starting with a month trial account to ensure it meets your needs.

Recurrent subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Once your cancellation request is processed, all recurring payments will be discontinued.

I want to cancel my monthly subscription.

To cancel your service, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account through the Client Area Portal.

  2. Click on Services or Services → My Services in the menu bar.

  3. Select the Product/Service you wish to cancel.

  4. Click on Request Cancellation.

  5. Enter your reason for cancellation, select the cancellation type, and submit your request.

Your cancellation request will be processed and confirmed.

Please note: A subscription must be cancelled no later than the day before the next scheduled payment to avoid being charged.

Buffering issues and Maintenance you should do on your end.

Here are some simple steps to perform before opening a support ticket for buffering problems. This will cut in half the time it takes to resolve your ticket.

First check available memory on your device. If less than 1.5 GB, you need to uninstall apps you don’t use.

Do a speed test on your device, NOT phone or computer. If you getting less than 30 mbps that could be a problem for some channels.

Test using your phone network or a network outside your home or using VPN. If problems goes away, then your ISP is blocking or throttling your line. You will need VPN to use the service on the network.

You can post on our Facebook page to see if others have same problems. Specify Service, Category and Exact Channel Name. If others report that is working correctly then you know is something on your end.

Step 1: Clearing Cache (preferably you might want to clear the cache of all apps) **SHOULD BE DONE AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH.**

1) Go into Android Settings on your device and find APPS

2) Select the APP you are having trouble with (ie. Bundle Services App/Nitro/Beast/Perfect Player/etc)

3) Select Force Stop

4) Select Storage

5) Select Clear Cache

6) Reboot your device

7) Refresh Channels

8) Re-test

Step 2: Network **SHOULD BE DONE AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH.**

1) Unplug all devices that connect to your network

2) Unplug your Router (if applicable)

3) Unplug your Modem

4) Wait 10 minutes to allow the network to flush

5) After 10 minutes has passed plug everything back in the reverse order

6) Re-test

Step 3: Fresh Start

1) Go into Android Settings on your device and find APPS

2) Select the APP you are having trouble with (ie. Bundle Services App/Nitro/Best/Perfect Player/etc)

3) Select Force Stop

4) Select Storage

5) Select Clear Cache

6) Select Clear Data

7) Select Uninstall

8) Restart your device

9) Download a NEW copy of the APP in question and install it

10) Refresh Channels

11) Re-test

Step 4: Use a VPN – some ISP are throttling your line. If that is the case the only way to find out is by using a VPN. If problem goes away then you know your ISP is thorttling your line.
1) Download, install and enable a VPN
2) Try the problem channels again
3) Problem seems to go away – then your ISP is throttling your line.
4) Continue using VPN or change ISP

Where can I find my login information?

There are two ways you can find your login information:

1- After you see that your account shows as Active under “Services” in your Client Area section of the website. Click on “Services”, select “Product/Service” you purchased, under “Additional Information” you will see your username and password.

2- Login to your account (Client Area), on the top right corner of the screen, click where you see “Hello, your name” , then click on “Email History” in the drop-down. There you can see the history of emails sent to you, Look for the email with subject “Your Accounts Username Information” then click on “View Message”.

I order service 8 hours ago. I still have not seen my account information email. What can I do?

Please check your registered email thoroughly (including folders of junk/spam/trash)
We suggest you always go to client area for your service information. Login to your account, on the top right corner of the screen, click where you see “Hello, your name” , then click on “Email History” in the drop-down.
